Short Sales and Foreclosure Services

As soon as we receive your Short Sale package, we will be working on it right away and will underwrite it within 48 hours. During that time, we will review the documents to ensure that the hardship is clearly stated, and the package is complete before sending it to the lender. Your file is then assigned to one of our Short Sale internal processors who will be responsible for submitting, processing and negotiating your transaction with your lender.

Communication is key and you will receive regular e-mail updates from your assigned processor keeping you abreast of the current activities on your transaction. Your processor and assigned attorney are also available to answer any questions. Our services do not require any up fees and there is no charge to the seller, buyer or Realtors. Our fees are negotiated with the lender, and they pay our charges at the time of closing.
